What we process
CHI processes account details, workspace and membership information, audit records, and the content that your organization stores. Password values are encrypted before storage. We process this information to operate the service, secure it, support users, and meet legal obligations.
Who can see it
Department members can access their department’s content and audit log. Organization administrators manage workspace structure and accounts. Access to sensitive administrative actions is recorded. CHI personnel access production data only when necessary to operate or support the service and under appropriate controls.
Retention and deletion
Workspace content remains available while the workspace is active. Account disabling preserves history and access controls. Permanent deletion, when provided, removes the account and associated stored files under the documented deletion flow.
Security
We use access controls, encryption for stored passwords, audit logging, and rate limiting. No security measure is absolute. Report a suspected issue using the Security page.
Changes
We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the effective date above.
